Bio.
I am a multidisciplinary artist and designer based on the South Coast of New South Wales. Born in Lima, Peru and raised in Western Sydney, I have studied jewellery and object design, gold and silversmithing, industrial design, architectural technology, photography, and 3D animation.
I am co-founder and Creative Director of Courtesy of the Artist (formerly Metalab), Sydney’s leading contemporary jewellery and objects gallery; co-founder of Sevenmarks Gallery in Kiama; and founder of both Rough & Tumble and The Future Artifact, platforms dedicated to world-building through design, storytelling, and cultural activation.
In my studio practice I test the boundaries of form and colour through experiments with material, scale, and digital photography. My jewellery work focuses on bespoke contemporary design, with the rare Australian Parti Sapphire as my enduring muse and source of inspiration.
Over the past two decades I have exhibited in more than sixty exhibitions locally and internationally, served as a guest judge for the National Contemporary Jewellery Award, and designed trophies for the Amnesty International Media Awards and the Australian Women in Music Awards.
In recent years, I have expanded further into visual storytelling, art directing and set designing real-world installations, producing short-form video, and creating still life and abstract photographic works in print and digital form. Across everything I do, my passion lies in exploring fracture, memory, and transformation, finding ways for design and storytelling to anchor us while opening new spaces of connection.
