Since 2005, Studio Cesar Cueva has produced one-off objects, custom fine jewellery, and editions of contemporary jewellery for exhibition and retail. Each commission is a journey of collaboration and discovery, creating pieces that carry personal meaning while tracing a visual timeline of the studio’s development.

This jewellery practice is inseparable from my wider artistic investigations. The same questions that guide my artworks, how fracture, pattern, and transformation shape both matter and memory also guide the jewellery I make. Minerals, gemstones, and metals are not only materials but metaphors: they record pressure, disruption, and change, yet emerge as forms of beauty, resilience, and connection.

Where my large-scale works magnify crystalline interiors or explore liminal colour fields, jewellery distils these concerns into their most intimate scale: objects held in the hand, worn against the body, lived with over time. Each piece is both adornment and archive, an artifact of intimacy that anchors personal memory within broader cultural narratives.
